Our Mission
At the John H. Finley Campus School, we believe that all children are entitled to a quality education. We are committed to developing a child-centered environment and instructional program, which will result in a community of critical thinkers and lifelong learners. With the collaborative efforts of parents, faculty, students and community, we will empower our students to become responsible, productive and enlightened individuals.
Our Vision
To establish a school culture that ensures academic excellence through continuous monitoring to promote academic achievement and mastery for all students. We utilize Explicit Instruction—a structured, systematic, and effective methodology for teaching academic skills that guides students through clear explanations, demonstrations, and supported practice until independent mastery is achieved.
Principal Odelphia H. Pierre
25+ Years of Dedicated Service
With over 20 years of dedicated service as a principal, Odelphia H. Pierre has been a cornerstone of excellence and innovation in District 5. Under her leadership, the school has consistently represented as a school in "good standing" based on how well students perform, maintaining high standards and a strong reputation. Principal Pierre has been honored for her 25 years of service and continues to inspire the Panthers community every day.
